1. About Us
BlckBx Travel (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a travel agency arranging travel services on behalf of clients.

Except where otherwise stated, we act as an agent for third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines and transfer providers.
2. Your Contract
When we make a booking on your behalf, your contract is with the travel supplier providing the service.
For example:
- Airlines (for flights)
- Hotel providers
- Tour operators
- Transfer companies
The supplier's own Terms & Conditions apply to your booking.
BlckBx Travel is responsible for arranging the booking according to your instructions, but not for the performance of the travel services themselves unless we are acting as the organiser of a package holiday.
3. Package Holidays
If we sell you a package holiday (for example flight + hotel sold together as a single package), additional rights may apply under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
Where applicable:
- The package organiser will be identified in your booking confirmation.
- Financial protection details will be provided.
4. Booking & Payment
By making a booking you confirm that:
- You are 18 years or older
- You have authority to accept these terms on behalf of all travellers in your party
To confirm a booking you must pay:
- A deposit or full payment as required by the supplier
- Any service or booking fees
- Any insurance premiums
Your booking is confirmed when we issue confirmation from the supplier.
You must check all booking documents immediately and inform us of any errors.
5. Prices
All prices are subject to:
- Availability
- Supplier confirmation
- Currency fluctuations
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before a booking is confirmed.
6. Service Fees
BlckBx Travel may charge booking or service fees for arranging travel services.
These fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
7. Changes & Cancellations by You
If you wish to cancel or change a booking, the request must be made in writing by the lead passenger.
Cancellation or amendment charges are determined by the supplier’s terms and conditions and may be up to 100% of the booking cost.
Low-cost airlines and certain travel services are often non-changeable and non-refundable once booked.
8. Changes & Cancellations by Supplier
Travel suppliers may need to make changes or cancel arrangements.
Where this happens we will:
- notify you as soon as possible
- assist you in communicating with the supplier
Any compensation or alternatives will be provided according to the supplier's terms.
9. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.
Insurance should cover:
- cancellation
- medical expenses
- repatriation
- loss of luggage
- travel disruption
Failure to obtain adequate insurance may result in significant financial loss.
10. Passports, Visas & Health Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that:
- passports are valid
- visas are obtained where required
- health requirements are met
Many countries require passports to be valid for at least 6 months after return.
BlckBx Travel accepts no responsibility if you are unable to travel due to missing documentation.
12. Travel Advice
We recommend checking official government travel advice before departure.
For UK travellers this is available via the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) website.
Travel restrictions and entry requirements can change at short notice.
12. Complaints
f you experience a problem during your trip you must:
- Inform the supplier immediately (hotel, airline, tour operator etc.)
- Allow them the opportunity to resolve the issue.
If the issue is not resolved you should notify us within 28 days of returning home
13. Our Liability
As a travel agent we are responsible only for:
- making bookings according to your instructions
- passing on relevant information from suppliers
We are not responsible for the performance of the travel services provided by suppliers.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence
- fraud
- any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure results from events beyond our control including:
- natural disasters
- war
- terrorism
- government restrictions
- pandemics
- airline strikes
- airport closures
15. Financial Protection
Where applicable, your booking may be financially protected through:
- the supplier's protection scheme
- the ATOL scheme (for flight-inclusive packages)
- trust account protection where applicable
Details will be provided with your booking confirmation.
16. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Your information may be shared with:
- airlines
- hotels
- travel suppliers
- government authorities where required

17. Behaviour
We reserve the right to refuse bookings or terminate arrangements where a customer behaves in a threatening, abusive, or disruptive manner toward staff or suppliers.
18. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law.
If you reside in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may choose the jurisdiction of those courts.
